Excess debris and clutter in storage rooms, liquor storage rooms, shall be removed, stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
Prep tables, storage shelves, interior/exterior of coolers, sinks and cooking equipment need detailed cleaning.(violation still remaining from inspection report #361273, dated 9/21/2010.

ALL FOODS INSIDE COOLERS MUST BE PROPERLY LABELED AND DATED
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALLS ABOVE DISHMACHINE UNCLEAN,WALLS IN THE COOKING AREA UNCLEAN,MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN; HOLE IN THE CEILING TILES IN MEN'S TOILET MUST BE SEALED
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. COOKING HOOD WITH DUST ACCUMULATION,MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN; ADDITIONAL BRUSH AT THE BOTTOM DOOR ON EXIT DOOR NEAR DISH AREA MUST BE PROVIDED

Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment not clean need detailed cleaning(corners), floors in rear storage area need cleaning.
Storage room in 2nd floor ceiling had peeling paint, shall be repaired, missing exhaust vent guard in storage room 1st fl, shall be replaced.
Light shield in kitchen prep area not clean, need detailed cleaning.
Exhaust canopy not clean needs detailed cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation) in walk in cooler, reach in cooler not clean, need cleaning(detailed).
