FOUND AN OPENED FOOD SHELF IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVING AREA WITH TRAYS FULL OF PASTRIES UNCOVERED, ALSO A CHOCOLATE CAKE AND A TRAY OF SWEETS STORED ON TOP CHECK-OUT COUNTER(ALL FOOD WAS STORED ON PUBLIC VIEW).FOUND COOKIE DOUGH AND OTHER PASTRIES STORED IN CHEST FREZEER, UNCOVERED, STACKED ON TOP EACHOTHERS, AND SOME COOKIE DOUGH STORED WITHOUT TRAYS OR CONTAINERS, MANAGER IS REQUIRED TO PROTECTE FOOD AT ALL TIMES(COVER FOOD IN SELLING AREA , FREZEERS AND COOLERS. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-005(A), HOOOO57386.
