INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS AND OR SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES AT SAID SINKS AT ALL TIMES. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS AT SAID SINKS AT THIS TIME. CRITICAL 7-38-030 ISSUED.
When toilet and lavatory facilities are provided for the patrons of food establishments, such facilities shall be adequate in number, convenient, accessible, properly designed, and installed according to the municipal code. FOUND MISSING TOILET LID COVER WITH CHAIN AND TOILET HANDLE NOT MAINTAINED AT TOILET IN WOMENS TOILET ROOM. UNABLE TO FLUSH PROPERLY USING HANDLE.
