All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities. OBSERVED INADEQUATE REFRIGERATION. MUST HAVE COLD HOLDING AT 40F AND BELOW AND 0F FOR FROZEN.
All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply.MUST PROVIDE HOT WATER ON SITE AT ALL TIMES.

I OBSERVED 25 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR IN REAR STORAGE AREA UNDERNEATH STAIRS. FRONT ENTANCE DOOR WAS NOT COMPLETELY RODENT PROOFED AT BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF DOOR. DOOR HAD A STRIP WITH A RUBBER BOTTOM WHICH APPARENTLY CRACKED AND WAS REPLACED WITH A SMALL STRIP WITH BRUSHES. GAPS OBSERVED BETWEEN STRIPS AND CORNER END OF DOOR. MUST CLEAN AREA IN REAR WHERE DROPPINGS NOTED AND REPAIR BOTTOM OF FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR.
