Pest Control log book not provided or maintained on premises. Establishment does not have a licensed pest control company that services premises. Owner states that he maintains and provided pest control services himself for the entire building. Instructed owner that establishment must have a licensed pest control company to service premises and provide a wriiten record of all services performed. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
Toilet facilites not maintained, adequate, convenient or properly designed. Establishment does not have hot running water under city pressure. Temperature of hot water in toilet room at hand sink at 96.5 F and at utility sink at 94.1 F. Instructed that premises must have hot running water under city pressure at all sinks during hours of operation. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.
Condensation pipes not maintained in rear. Instructed to properly insulate pipes to prevent any leakage.
