BROKEN TOILETS IN 2ND FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOM & MANAGERS PRIVATE WASHROOM REPAIR SAME. TAGGED DISHMACHINE NOT WORKING. MUST CONTACT HEALTH DEPT. BEFORE USING.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. CLUTTER IN 2ND FLOOR STORAGE (LAB) AND CLASSROOM STORAGE CLOSETS MUST OTGANIZE AND ELEVATE 6-12 INCHES FROM FLOOR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN CAFETERIA AND 2ND FL. HALLWAY. DETAIL CLEAN WALLS, SEAL AROUND ALL MISSING ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, MAKING ALL WALLS SMOOTH AND EASY CLEANABLE.
