OBSERVED COLD PLATE AND SODA HOSES IN CONTACT WITH CONSUMABLE ICE IN THE ICE BIN BEHIND THE BAR. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REPLACE WITH AN ICE BIN WITH A BUILT-IN COLD PLATE THAT IS NOT IN CONTACT WITH CONSUMABLE ICE. MUST INSTALL A TIGHT-FITTING LID FOR THE ICE BIN BEHIND THE BAR.
THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE PREP AREA IS IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED. THE SINK IS MISSING A SUPPORT LEG. WATER POOLS TO THE BACK OF THE SINK WITHOUT DRAINING. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO INSTALL SUPPORT LEG FOR THE SINK OR REPLACE THE SINK.
OBSERVED CHEMICALS STORED INSIDE THE EMPLOYEE RESTROOM. ACCORDING TO MANAGEMENT, THE ROOM IS NO LONGER USED AS A RESTROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO USE AS A STORAGE ROOM AND REMOVE THE TOILET AND CAP THE DRAIN, OR REMOVE THE CHEMICALS.
