OBSERVED COLD PLATE AND SODA HOSES IN CONTACT WITH CONSUMABLE ICE IN THE ICE BIN BEHIND THE BAR. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REPLACE WITH AN ICE BIN WITH A BUILT-IN COLD PLATE THAT IS NOT IN CONTACT WITH CONSUMABLE ICE. MUST INSTALL A TIGHT-FITTING LID FOR THE ICE BIN BEHIND THE BAR.
THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE PREP AREA IS IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED. THE SINK IS MISSING A SUPPORT LEG. WATER POOLS TO THE BACK OF THE SINK WITHOUT DRAINING. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO INSTALL SUPPORT LEG FOR THE SINK OR REPLACE THE SINK.
