THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN COFFEE MACHINE & FILTER BASKETS, SODA DISPENSER & NOZZLES,CHILLI CHEESE MACHINE AND ALL CABINETS UNDERNEATH THEM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAME. ALSO CLEAN ALL THE SINKS THROUGHOUT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. SCRAP AND CLEAN THE FLOOR IN THE FOOD STORE ROOM THICK WITH DIRT BUILDUP. LIFT THE STORE SHELVES AND CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDERNEATH THEM HAS SOME DUST AND DIRT ON THEM.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. SECURE THE HAND SINK FAUCIT TO THE SINK IT IS VERY LOOSE. CLEAN THE VENTS THROUGHOUT PERMISES HAS DUST AND DIRT BUILUP.
