One copy of the Food Inspection Report Summary must be displayed and visible to all customers. Last summary report from 4/20/09 visit not posted for customers view (unable to locate). Must post visibly for customers, per health code.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Interior floor of 2-front coolers need cleaning due to spills/stains.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors under cabinets at front sinks need detailed cleaning due to food debris/spills.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Must fix loose faucet head at dump sink by service line to prevent water damage to countertop.

The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. Both dumpsters are overfilled and the doors are resting on 2 feet of garbage. The dumpsters must be tightly closed to prevent pest harborage and feeding.

MUST CLEAN FLOORS UNDER SERVICE COUNTER IN CORNER TO REMOVE COFFEE BEANS. ALSO FLOORS IN REAR STORAGE UNDER 3 COMP SINK AND STORAGE SHELVING NEEDS CLEANING TO REMOVE DEBRIS.
MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF STORAGE CABINETS AND FRONT SERVICE COOLERS TO REMOVE SPILLS AND DEBRIS.
