The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR OF THE HVAC CLOSET.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. DETAIL CLEAN THE DUST AND COBWEBS FROM THE WALLS OF THE HVAC CLOSET. MUST RESEAL THE WALLS AROUND THE ICE MACHINE AND THE DISHMACHINE AT THE CORNERS.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REPLACE THE BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN THE REAR AREA.
In food establishments, there shall be adequate sewage and waste water disposal facilities that comply with all the requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago. OBSERVED WASTE WATER BACKING UP AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WHEN THE WATER WAS FILLED AND RELEASED. WATER BACKED UP INTO THE LEFT COMPARTMENT OF THE SINK. 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. PREMISES HAS A HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINE TO WASH DISHES. MUST REPAIR THE SINK SO THAT IT DRAINS PROPERLY. FAX REINSPECTION LETTER TO (312) 746-4240. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
One copy of the Food Inspection Report Summary must be displayed and visible to all customers. PREVIOUS INSPECTION REPORT SUMMARY WAS NOT POSTED IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. MANAGER FOUND THE SUMMARY AND POSTED IT DURING THE INSPECTION. A NEW INSPECTION REPORT SUMMARY WAS ALSO GIVEN FOLLOWING THE INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-42-010B.

MUST REMOVE CLUTTER AND UNNECESSARY ARTICLES FROM BASEMENT TO PREVENT RODENT HARBORAGE.
