A COMBINED TOTAL OF ABOUT 10LBS OF SAID FOOD, VALUED AT $15.00 WAS DISCARDED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-004(A). CITATION ISSUED.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The floors have dirty buildup in the corners and edges of the front counter, clean the floor from corner to corner.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The meat slicer has a yellow buildup below the blade; clean and sanitize the slicer in detail.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. The grill and fryer area has a large amount of food and grease spillage; wash, rinse and sanitize said area in detail and maintain it. The south-west walk in cooler rack is dirty; wash, rinse and sanitize the rack. The counter above the front three compartment sink is dirty, clean and reseal said area. Clean the dirty radiator in the women's rest room.

THE ICE MACHINE DOOR INTERIOR IS DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE UNIT. THE FRAMING NORTH OF THE GRILL IS FULL OF FOOD BUILDUP, CLEAN OUT THE FOOD BUILDUP AND SANITIZE THE AREA. THE CAN OPENER HAS SOME BUILDUP ON THE BASE AND BLADE; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE CAN OPENER.
THE WALK IN COOLER SHELVING IS DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE SHELVING REGULARLY.
THE FLOOR DRAINS HAVE DIRTY BUILDUP AND THE TILE IS DAMAGED NEXT TO THE ONE SOUTH OF THE REAR THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, REPAIR THE TILE AND CLEAN THE DRAINS.
