THE WALK IN COOLER HAS PRODUCT STACKED UP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CONDENSER FAN OUTLET, MOVE PRODUCT SO THE COOLER AIR FLOW IS NOT BLOCKED.
THE PLASTIC HOT FOOD PANS ARE CRACKED, DIRTY AND UNSANITARY. FOOD GRADE PAN LINERS ARE USED. REPLACE THE UNSANITARY PANS.
