The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance.MUST CUT DOWN TALL WEEDS IN REAR AREA & REMOVE ARTICLES FROM SAME AREA.

OBSERVED CAT FECES ON FLOOR BEHIND HANDSINK IN REAR OF STORE. ALSO A CARDBOARD BOX WITH CAT LITTER AND CAT FECES IN BOX ON FLOOR NEAR BATHROOM AND OPEN CANS OF CAT FOOD NEXT TO LITTER BOX. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AT ONCE. LIVE CAT CAME INTO STORE DURING INSPECTION AND WAS REMOVED IMMEDIATELY.
OBSERVED DUMPSTER IN REAR OVERFLOWING WITH GARBAGE AND GARBAGE ON GROUND AROUND AND BEHIND DUMPSTER. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREA; CONTACT DISPOSAL COMPANY FOR PICK-UP.
ONE AREA OF FLOOR IN POOR REPAIR; REPAIR SAME. CLEAN FLOORS AROUND, UNDER AND BEHIND ALL REFRIGERATION UNITS AND STORAGE SHELVES.
