MUST PROVIDE AN OUTSIDE DUMPSTER FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
INSTALL A METAL DRAIN BOARD ON 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
MUST INSTALL A SPLASHGUARD BETWEEN THE EXPOSED HAND SINK AND ONE COMPARTMENT SINK.
MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND ALL PREP TABLES AND COOKING EQUIPMENTS.
MUST CLEAN THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT PREMISES. REPLACE MISSING FLOOR TILES UNDER THE ICE MACHINE, AND UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
MUST SEAL ALL THE HOLES ON THE CEILING,ON THE WALLS IN THE REAR AREA; HOLES ON THE WALLS BEHIND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.STAINED CEILING TILES IN THE PREP AREA ABOVE THE ONE COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST REPLACE.

INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN HOT RUNNING WATER AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AT ALL TIMES TO PROPERLY WASH RINSE AND SANITIZE DISHES. CITATION ISSUED FOR SERIOUS VIOLATION #7-38-030
