All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. DUST BUILD-UP AT FAN COVERS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLERS, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.

FAUCET AT MEN'S TOILET ROOM HAND SINK IN POOR REPAIR, INSTRUCTED TO MOUNT FAUCET PROPERLY AND MAINTAIN.

MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS AND MAINTAIN IN DUMPSTER AREA, INSIDE OF STORAGE CAGES AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT. ALSO, DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF FLOOR DRAINS.
MUST REPLACE DAMAGED/MISSING WALL TILES BY MOPSINK AND CLEAN VENTILATION HOOD.

MUST REPLACE WORN CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP DARK GROOVES IN MAIN KITCHEN PREP AREA.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INTERIOR OF THE ICE CREAM FREEZER IN THE CAFE AND THE INTERIOR OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT.
