MUST INSTALL HAND SINK WITH SOAP AND TOWEL DEVICE IN DISH MACHINE ROOM. ALSO REPAIR LEAKY CONNECTION OF FAUCET HANDLE IN JANITOR CLOSET 2ND FLOOR.

SEAL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND REPLACE DAMAGED/MISSING BASEBOARDS IN DISH WASHING AREA.
REPAIR LEAKING HOT WATER HANDLE AND DRAINPIPE ON EXPOSED SINK NEAR COFFEE MACHINE.
