FOUND EVIDENCE OF MICE AND OUTER OPENINGS NOT PROTECTED. FOUND APPROXIMATELY 25 DROPPINGS SCATTERED IN REAR STORAGE AREAS ALONG WALLS AND UNDER CLUTTER. ALSO NOTED DROPPINGS SCATTERED UNDER SHELVES ON SALES FLOORS. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS,SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. ALSO, NOTED AN APPROXIMATELY 1/4 INCH GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM AND BETWEEN THE TWO FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS AND A GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE REAR SIDE EXIT LEADING TO THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA.
