The interior of the light shield in the kitchen requires a detail cleaning.
All prepared food items inside coolers must be labeled/dated and a customer advisory posting must be provided for public view.
The manual can opener and housing attached to table,fan covers inside the 2 stand up coolers,pot& pan shelving require a detail cleaning.
Remove dusts accumulations on the ceiling fan in dining room and hood/filters above cooking equipments need cleaning also provide,maintain a backflow prevention device at the coffee station,ice machine.Repair water leak at drain pipe beneath the 3 comp sink.
