Facilities not maintaining proper temperature. Prep cooler in kitchen internal temperature at 47.3 F while being used. Instructed that coolers must maintain 40 F or below. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A). 'Held for Inspection' tag placed on cooler. Cooler is storing potentially hazardous foods that was moved to another cooler.
Multi use utensils not properly stored. Instructed to invert utensils to prevent contamination before use.
Cutting board attached to prep cooler not maintained. Instructed to replace worn cutting board.
Interior steamer cabinet not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
Light covers in prep area not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
