OBSERVED FLOOR TILES IN POOR REPAIR UNDER AND AROUND DISHMACHINE (LOW GROUT). INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR/REGROUT DAMAGED FLOOR TILES AND KEEP FLOOR CLEAN AND DRY THROUGOUT.
OBSERVED HOLES IN WALLS IN PANTRY AND BY KNIFE RACK AT 1ST FLOOR PREP. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SEAL ALL HOLES IN WALLS AND CLEAN WALLS.
