MUST REMOVE RUST AND GREASE AND MAINTAIN THE GREASE TRAP BOX UNDER THE 3 COMPT SINK. MUST REMOVE AND CLEAN THE WIRE RACKS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER, REMOVE THE RUST AND FOOD DEBRIS AND MAINTAIN.
