ALL BUCKETS WITH FOODS ON THE FLOOR OF THE WALK IN COOLER AND WALK IN FREEZER MUST BE ELEVATED 6' OFF THE FLOOR. MUST REMOVE ALL THE CARDBOARDS ON THE FLOOR IN THE REAR AREA CLOSE TO THE EXIT DOOR.
MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL AND SANITIZE ALL THE CARTS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER,WALK IN FREEZER, AND THE METAL SHELVINGS (WITH FOOD DEBRIS) AND MAINTAIN. MUST CLEAN THE CABINET WITH CHEMICALS INSIDE THE WASHROOM AND MAINTAIN.
WALLS BY THE EXIT DOOR NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING. MUST SCRAPE THE PEELING PAINT INSIDE THE EMPLOYEES WASHROOM AND SEAL ALL THE HOLES ON THE WALLS.
