The rear handwash sink had a cardboard box on it. Also, the restrooms need signs that remind people to wash their hands.
REQUIRED CORRECTION: Handwashing facilities shall be accessible at all times for employee use and not used for other purposes. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

Receptacles and waste handling units that are outside of the establishment shall be covered with tight-fitting lids at all times.
