COMPLAINT NOTES:Discussed with the Owner about the complaint, some mice dropping were found in the bathroom and behind the oven/grill. A Pest Control inspection was odered within 5day, the establishment has very dirty/filfy unclean area. Last Pest Control inspection invoices/reports dated 04/11/2014. No rodents/mices or rats seen at the time of the inspection.
