Employee beverages are stored uncovered in a food prep area between preparation refrigerator and broth for boiling noodles. Beverages discarded. (Corrected On Site) - Hands clean and properly washed
No handwashing between barehand contact with ready to eat food and cash handling. Employee prepared dish, handled money, and then prepared another dish with no handwashing between any change in tasks. - No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods or approved
Bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods which include noodles and toppings such as bean sprouts. - Proper cold holding temperatures
Noodles are stored in a black bin on the counter at room temperature, 64 F. - Thermometers provided & accurate

Bao are stored unprotected on the counter where customers can contaminate them. Boa moved to prep table away from passing customers. (Corrected On Site) - Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
