Complaint Notes: Discussed with the the Whole foods grocery store manager about the sanitation protocols, when it comes to outdated food and molded food in their establishment, I went through each aisle to check their food rotations protocols, check all food delivery invoices, the trash, query on Pest Control/rodents activity,and I suggested to rotate food contantly when working on respective aisles, while filling products, they have to make sure that the food dates are current and check on the condition of the prepacked food. No outdated molded was found.
