An employee at the ware washing area was observed handling dirty dishes then clean dishes without washing their hands in between.
An employee was observed filling a sanitizer bucket in the front service area hand sink.
Employees at the facility could not demonstrate knowledge regarding food probe thermometer calibration, the dented can policy, the sick employee policy, or how to operate their time as a public health control plan.
Two cheese pizzas were 70�°F, one cheese pizza was 72�°F, and one sausage pizza was 70�°F on the single slice pizza rack without being labeled with a proper discard time.
An employee at the three compartment sink was observed sanitizing dishes for less than the minimum 60 seconds.
Glass cleaner was stored next to customer food items in the front service area.

The ceiling vent above the walk in refrigerator was soiled with dust. The floor of the walk in refrigerator was soiled with food debris. The wall behind the microwaves was soiled with dust. Several ceiling vents in the preparation area were soiled with dust.
Several lights throughout the facility were not functioning properly.
A table top fryer on the preparation table was not placed under a hood.
Several personal items were being stored on customer food in the dry storage area.
The door sweep of the back door was greater than 1/4 inch.
The wall caulking of the hand sinks in the mens and womens restrooms was in disrepair.
