Violation descriptions and comments

Strawberries were contaminated with mold on the cook line cold top. Three unwholesome tomatoes were stored on shelves on the expo line with wholesome tomatoes.
A consumer advisory was not provided for the tuna tartare.
A parking valet scooped ice from the ice machine with a personal water bottle and filled the bottle at the back hand sink. An employee washed his hands at the bar dump sink.
Unapproved employee beverages were stored above the wait station and on the cook line food preparation table.
Cooked mushrooms were 89 degrees, garlic and oil was 50 degrees, and cooked potatoes were 48 degrees on the cook line cold tops. Garlic butter was 84 degrees on the cook line.
Hot water was not provided at the bar hand sink.
A chemical spray bottle stored above the mop sink was not labeled.
The bar ice bin was not covered when not in use. Flour used for breading fish was not sifted at least every 4 hours.
Foil covered the back splash behind the range. A non commercial grade blender was on the back food preparation table.
A door gasket on 3 door reach in refrigerator was torn and in poor repair.
The seal between the dish machine drain board and the wall was soiled with mold.
The interior of the microwave and the can opener blade were soiled with food residue.
Dishes were washed, sanitized then rinsed instead of washed, rinsed then sanitized.
The seal between the kitchen hand washing sink and the wall was soiled.
A dumpster lid was open and a dumpster plug was missing.
Lights under the hood and in the back kitchen area were not functioning.
An unauthorized person was allowed access to the kitchen and the ice machine.

An unapproved screw top employee beverage was stored at the wait station.
