Observed managers ice tea cup stored on filter container over open tea brewing machine, manager observed holding straw near mouth touching area touched by lips then returning to work no hand wash. **Corrected On-Site**

Observed black greasy rubbery substance leaking from bottom of oven onto and into door opening of oven underneath, stacked ovens, not cleaning substance at intervals equivalent to prevent substance from possible contamination of foods placed in and out of ovens.
