Owner stated that they have been having water/plumbing issues and have been visited today and ad expecting a return visit to repair the problem tomorrow. City of Tallahassee water department has been involved in the issue as well.
- Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed sour slaw and tuna salad made 2 days prior per Chef with no date mark. **Corrected On-Site**
