  • Basic - Dusty ceiling tiles and/or air conditioning vent covers. AC vent in back room near ice machine heavily soiled. Vent located dirctly over single service items on shelf and in front of ice machine.
  • Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
  • High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. Chili taken off stove temped 180 in one corner but other corners and center temp not at 165. Advised to put product back on stove to continue reheating. Retemped within 10 minutes and found thorough temp of 165° plus. No stop sale issued as temp was interrupted and immediately reheated correctly.
  • Intermediate - Hot water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Ladies restroom temped at 93° after 2 minutes, water in men's room temped at 82° after 2 minutes.
