A glitch while searching

I ran into a little glitch while searching for another members posts.

When I click on a member name and click on "Find All Posts By _____", I am taken to https://www.city-data.com/searchcd.html and it's pretty much empty. There are no search items returned.

Follow-up: The advanced search feature takes me to the same screen.
