Hello,

This is my first post, but have done some searching in the forum so far. I am looking for information on building a new home near fort rucker. I am looking at one of these surrounding areas.

Enterprise
Ozark
Daleville
Between Daleville and Dothan

I will be working at Fort Rucker

I read somewhere that a gentleman just bought some Land Near New Brockton for pretty cheap

I found a couple names for construction companties, but not a lot of info. Anyone here go through this process recently? This will be my first time building and first time Buying a House.

Thanks
Nate

Default New Brockton is the top pick.

My sister and I purchased land in New Brockton. My sister works out of Fort Rucker, and I live in Oro Valley AZ. The people are friendly, very low cost of living. Small town environment, yet close to all the good stuff.
