New Brockton is the top pick.
My sister and I purchased land in New Brockton. My sister works out of Fort Rucker, and I live in Oro Valley AZ. The people are friendly, very low cost of living. Small town environment, yet close to all the good stuff. Moderator cut: realtor recommendation
