How about this news about STD's in Alaska? It caught me by surprise since I haven't heard of this on the local news recently. It seems that we are near the top States on some forms of STD's

Do people actually know thay have that crap...and still go out and have sex spreading it like wildfire? There should be casteration laws for people like that.

I was just trying to figure why the Southwest of AK, the place on the news above, has such a problem. The only thing i could come up with is that there always are a lot of transients (tourists, summer work and fishing crews, etc.) moving in and out. I could be wrong, of course.

Why is AK the king of STD's? Could it have anything to do with the level of alcohol that people drink there? And what happens after you drink, maybe anyone at the bar looks good to go home with...One night stand capital I would say...
