Go take a valium or something.
In case you had not noticed, I do not live in Anchorage. I do not live in Wasilla either. Are you that arrogant to think that people who ask about the weather in Alaska want to know the temperature just outside of Knik, AK? Or does Alaska revolve around you? That is what is known as "hubris."

No doubt you will get your panties bunched up in a wad because someone did not mention the temperature Friday afternoon in Trapper Creek.

You need to put down the drugs and "just say no!"

Wow!! what a negative thread! And, just an opinion, mind you, but I think that at least in Nikiski, where I have lived for the last 30 yrs, it has been a very mild and relatively snowless winter, at least since the first of Jan. Maybe not the all time warmest, but the least snowy in my time here and I keep consistent, accurate snowfall records and have done so for 30 yrs. Since Jan. 8 we have had two snows for a total of 3". Our snowfall total since the middle of Nov. is 42", well below what should have fallen by now. Our local school cancelled the xcross ski season, the hockey rink has not had enough cold weather to keep the ice good enough to skate on, my son who plows snow for a living has plowed only once since the first of the year, but oh yea, it has just been a normal winter!!!! And to top it all off, we have recorded almost 6" of moisture since Jan.1, and I'll let you guess what percentage of that was snow. Currently, 40, with off and on sprinkles. So, rant over,
IMHO, it has been a warm winter.
