Hi

After all the great posts about the Palmer area, my wife and I are planning a trip to this area from May 19th through 30th. We will travel from Anchorage to Kenai pennsula first and then spend the last week in Palmer area. We are looking for a family in both areas that may have a room we could rent for this time. If there are any other inexpensive places to stay we also would appreciate the help.

Will travel from Anchorage to Kenai then on to Homer and over to Seward before arriving in Palmer area on the 23rd of May until we leave. Thanks again.

Paul

If you haven't done it already, reserve your rental car NOW. Prices will only go up and availability will only go down from here on out.
Here's some lodging options in the Wasilla area:
Pioneer Ridge BandB Inn
Alaska Kozey Cabins and Chalets

My wife and I have been up to Alaska about a dozen times and we always stay at the Kozey Cabins in Wasilla. They're in a great location, fully furnished, and only about $130 a night.
