Pretty sure it was the younger Dubya who got a DUI, not his dad. He had the reputation as a partier in his youth.

I remember during the Gulf War the Iraqi foreign minister bragged that they were going to "drag that drunken junkie through the desert by his nose" (Dubya). Instead, the minister eventually disappeared.
