So I take it no one wants a goodie box I start my holiday baking the week of Thanksgiving.

Girl, I pretty much make the same things you do, but will add some new...want to make some choc-dipped biscotti, and truffles...will trade ya!!!

And my mom used to make these Swedish wafer cookies, really light butter cookie with a butter-cream frosting in between, love them and these sugar cookie bottoms with a turtle topping (caramel, chocolate, pecans) that are to die for...have not done these in years, but have a head start now...I will surely trade with you!!!!

The cookies with the turtle topping says YUM YUM to me. Oh and I also make the old fashioned potato candy. Heck lets do a trade it would be fun to try someone elses stuff.

I totally agree!!! I don't do much with desserts and such through the year, because if here, I will eat them...so Christmas is special baking time for me

Well I might be able to help you with your maple candy dream. If you mean the candy that often comes shaped like a maple leaf.

I'll send you some from here. I have a "sugarhouse" about 20 minutes from me that makes maple goodies.

Oh I would so be forever greatful that is the exact candy I'm talking about it looks like brown sugar shaped into leaves or other shapes. YUM YUM.
