MM - have a good potato sour dough starter that works well where we are at anyway...have lost three of them due to moves though until now...this one is easy, very little yeast and going to practice with a sourdough, but add-ins work good, so simple, no knead, just time and preferably a cast iron dutch oven...

my PB balls are just Powdered sugar,pb,butter, flavoring and I use white or regular chocolate to cover. They are easy to make but I found that if you really work them they are creamy. If I wanted to mail them I would just freeze them they travel very well.

I had a good starter going and then killed it when I came to town and the heat went out at home.

If you want to get a goodie box PM me. I will pick 1 or 2 people and mail them a box.

So do I. Unfortunately, it requires that the other guy wants it too.

You can keep it going forever as long as you take care of it. Just have to remember to feed it.
