Sounds like I am going to be getting some really yummy elk. I have some Blueberry and Raspberry Jelly if anyone is interested. But some more people need to post what they would like I want to mail out some stuff..LOL

Sorry everyone the jerky turned out terrible. I'll change back to my old brine and get some done next week when I get back from the slope.....I'm sure I can pawn this stuff on to some unsuspecting rig hand...LOL
