I keep worrying that I am going to spontaneously combust! Especially with how bad the jet fuel vapors are on my clothes.

OK there has been more sunny days in the last two weeks than I had in two months last year. HOLY crap on the pollen though. I have never seen so much pollen all at once. Back to a nice day again. Just beautiful in Seward.

Warning Message:An area of thunderstorms will cross Chena Hot Springs Road
through 5 PM. The storms are expected to be east of Two Rivers and
west of Chena Hot Springs. Hail to 3/4 inch in diameter and brief
wind gusts to 35 mph are possible with these storms. Frequent
cloud to ground lightning and torrential downpours are also
expected. Rainfall amounts of one half inch to one inch are

This storm was located over the middle Tanana Valley 7 miles
north of Pleasant Valley...and moving west at 20 mph.
* The severe thunderstorm will be 10 miles west of Cleary Summit on
the Steese Highway at 925 PM akdt
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
This is a dangerous storm. If you are in its path...prepare
immediately for damaging winds...destructive hail...and deadly cloud
to ground lightning. People outside should move to a shelter...
preferably inside a strong building but away from windows.

the weather we are currently having down in the southeast US is the kind that makes me envious of those up north

humidity has typically been over 50% during this heat wave. no end in sight either. and have 2 more months of it to look forward to. its that kinda heat that drains your energy after any period of time outdoors.
