There are plenty of those folks driving with blinding lights. Gives me road rage in a bad way. The worst is those with penis envy that stick those dang oversize landing lights on the front end...and don't dim them until your retnas are fried. I swear one of these trips to Anchorage I'm going to bring a bucket of large ball bearings and toss a handfull out the window every time they refuse to kill those dang lights, in hopes of taking a few bulbs out. Most are so bright they can't see there is lights from oncoming traffic around a corner. So my retnas get fried as they come around the corner.
I've also heard of guys getting pulled over for flashing oncoming cars that are too stupid to dim their highbeams. Turns out it was a trooper they flashed. Troopers told them it was illegal to flash your highbeams at oncoming traffic. No matter your getting blinded by highbeams yourself.

Rance...I used to something similar when people would follow too friggen close, usually a broad in a minivan on a cell phone, slide the window open and drop a handful of marbles down between the cab and the box.....when they come out the back they are bouncing all over and usually make it to the windshield of the following vehicle.

Many times I'd look back to see tire smoke from braking....
