I'm a republican, I can't stand our president, the healthcare reform is a one way street to a socialistic America in my opinion. I DO like Sarah Palin, I love to hunt and fish, so naturally I'm completely against gun control. If someone spit in my food, I'd be really apt to find them when the time and place is right and kick their butt.

I believe in hard work, God, and being a gentleman to women. I have no problems with welfare, but I can't stand people who are too lazy to get off their butts and work, and would instead live off the government. I am disgusted by people who take the free road, and live a better life than those of us who struggle to work for what they have.

I do not get along with liberals very well at all. PETA and organizations like it make my skin crawl.
You would do just fine here.

Most of the liberals here are the closet type, you get them out in the sunlight and they act like normal people....

Something about the short nights is when they go goofy in winter, but summers you can't tell them from the real folks! Besides, most of the liberals are posting from outside of Alaska and you won't run into most of them.

Now that it has been conclusively determined that Kyle will need to attend a conditioning camp to ease his integration among us Alaskans, we invite volunteers for the effort. The process will involve teaching Kyle some good old fashioned liberal values and how to be a thorough gentleman towards ladies.

Well, I've tried to be helpful here, but I think I need to take back my previous postings that were supportive of Kyle moving to AK.

Professional people should be capable of leaving their political bias at home but I've become convinced that Kyle isn't able to do so. My concern with Kyle is that based on his postings here, he is lacking in the maturity and judgment necessary to adequately perform the duties of the type of job that he is seeking. I sincerely wish it were different.

I have been made an honorary Alaskan. Star has even invited me on his plane and I see that he is now proposing we get together for coffee and cookies (Pepperidge Farms brand, Star - nothing less will do).

Kyle, you'll do fine here. People in Alaska aren't judgemental at all.
