According to Stats « GCAR – Greater Capital Association of REALTORS For all of 2009, Saratoga County Total # of Sales Down 8%, and median price Down 6%.

For 2009, City of Saratoga Total # of Sales Down 26%, median price Down 3%.

Those numbers are actually pretty good compared to the rest of the country. We saw price reductions almost 20% up here. The number of closings are really down too but there is some activity creeping back since last fall.
