A large part of a hangover is dehydration. A 64 oz. sports drink and then a lot of water plus some OTC pain relivers should do the trick to make you feel near normal. It has done the trick for myself and others I have told to do this.
The only true cure is time. You've poisoned yourself, therefore you have to giver you body's enzymes and liver enough time to work and detoxify your blood stream from the toxic metabolites alcohol generates (see acetaldehyde)
Yeah, and sudafed isn't going to cure your cold, but it might make you feel better in the meantime.
My worst problem with a hangover is I wake up early for some stupid reason, and then can't get back to sleep. HATE THAT! I always wish I could just sleep it off, but noooooooooo that never happens.
