Here's another treat I am making for my Holiday party tomorrow. The possibilities are endless:

Here's a basic method:

1 small package of instant pudding
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup of alcohol (vodka, liquers, etc.)
1 tub of Cool Whip (any kind)

Mix the pudding with the milk and wisk in the alcohol. Fold in a tub of Cool Whip and blend together well. Pour into little containers and freeze!!

We've done chocolate with half a cup of vodka and half hazelnut liquer.

Also great is pistachio wiht amaretto

Strawberry cheesecake pudding with Tequila Rose

Chocolate with Kahlua, Bailey's and Vodka

Butterscotch with buttershots and vodka

well, because of the alcohol, they don't freeze. They just become a mousse-y consistency vs. a soupy one
