We were told may prevent cancer(s) at a 1995 lecture when Pyc was arriving in the U.S. from France, so I'm on it "forever". If I can prevent cancer, I'm in for the long run.
Oh there is a post on Neuropathy and Grape Seed Ex and I'll add more info as it's being discussed in H&W now and so many looking for Help, taking drugs that do not help and I'm learning more about this OPC even since I posted this thread.
What I've found in recent weeks, is taking more for the Foot nerve pain I've come up with and I believe due to arthritis and could be circulation issues as well, issues from the knee infection I went thru last year. Also I live with so much nerve damage from hip replacement, that it could be affecting all my nerves in the leg/foot. So many possibilities.

I'm on another group with a large membership of those with neuropathy and ALA is on their regimes. I took it for a while and probably still have some but my nerve issues are improved at this point. Good reminder of ALA. If I still have some I'll finish it.
