If insurance helped with costs I'd be doing it, I believe. And Yes I believe in it as I've tried and had success in shoulder 10 yrs ago. No pain for 3 yrs. Yes, I could use it again, trying to find that MD I had 10 yrs ago and he's gone from this area.

HA injections and insurance pays, but did nothing.

Cortisone injections insurance pays, but more damage than good.

Prolo work I've had it and paid out of pocket 10 yrs ago and since then costs have gone up,
and insurance does NOT pay.

I'll report if and when.

THAT is the procedure Mikala is referencing since it is the one you comment on so frequently despite never having had it....

I had Prolo injections in shoulder 10 yrs ago and I've said this many times. And I'm trying to locate the Sports Medicine MD who did these and so far can't locate him.

You've attacked Prolo in past posts where this has been discussed.

Jam, weren't you getting prolo on your knee when you got the infection that made it worse?

I've never seen you post that at any point you were doing well with your knee, either before, or after.
