So I finally made it up here and it's been great. I drive a Ford Edge and it is time to take it in for an oil change/tire rotation/etc. I asked around about a certain Ford dealership (not as "worthy" as they claim) and was told to stay away from them. I don't plan on buying from them, but does anyone know of their customer service in the service department? My car is still under warranty and as for convenience, this dealership would be my best option.

Your other option would be the Ford dealership here in the Valley.

That's what I'm afraid of. I would have to take off from work just to get an oil change. UGH!!

I am assuming you can't change it yourself? Sounds like an expensive oil change if you have to take a day off of work to pay someone else to do it...

There are a brazillion places to get basic work done, there isn't anything magical about the dealership. Especially one you don't trust.

I do my own work but I have the tools, facilities and knowledge. Not everyone is able to DIY.

At least you have choices, when I lived in Alaska I could only go to one dealership... awful lol.

Have what's under warranty fixed at one place and the oil changed at another. You aren't out anything but time if they screw up the covered parts.

Update** Dropped car off at Worthington's at 8am and they were done by 12pm..Oil change, tire rotation and the other issues taken care of for a whopping $40 w/ a $10 off mail-in rebate..Their customer service was pretty good, surprisingly..Maybe with all the bad reviews they have, an overhaul has been done??..Anyways, just thought I'd let you guys know that it was actually quite painless..
