Drive carefully!

It's amazing how many accidents & ditch-divers we see around Anchorage with a new snow.

Its amazing how many accidents there are even without snow. Drove into Anchorage yesterday for the first time in a while (I broke my tail bone so have been grounded) and was amazed not only by the way people were slewing all over the highway but the amount of marks those ditch-divers have made noticeably more by the JBER Ft.Rich exit southbound (must be a new crop in huh ?) The roads in town are covered in black ice and stopping for red lights is a trick.

Yep, I have been wondering why people don't allow more distance between cars and more time for stopping. The roads are so icy right now, even walking the dog we slip and slide across the streets...

APD should be busy for the next couple of days.
